Order Cancellation Terms

Order Cancellation depends upon the type of product being ordered based upon its stock status (Stock, Non-stock, Custom Made-to-Order, Made-to-Order.) Refunds depend upon the stock status and shipping status. 

Stock or Out-of-Stock

Items are usually shipped from inventory or Out-of- Stock and will be shipped when our inventory is refilled. Orders may be canceled, and a refund is given per our credit card policy as long as the order has not shipped. If an order is canceled after shipment, a 20% restocking charge will apply and a Return Material Authorization must be obtained. Once the order is accepted for refund, our Credit Card and Other forms of Payment policy on how refunds will apply. It is the customers' responsibility for shipping charges.


Non-stock

Item is not stocked and is filled with our supplier's inventory. Orders may be canceled with this inventory stock status as long as our vendor has not fulfilled our replenishment order a refund will be given per our Credit Card and Other forms of Payment  policy. If the order is canceled after our supplier has shipped, a 20% restocking charge will apply, and a refund will be given per our Credit Card and Other forms of Payment  policy.

Custom Make-to-Order or Make-to-Order

In either of these inventory statuses, if our supplier has started our fulfillment order to make the product to your custom specifications, no refund will be given.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing referencing our sales order number.
